Meditation Projects
2015-present
My journey into mindfulness began with a relentless adversary: a year of chronic migraines that challenged my very sense of self. It was in the depths of that struggle that I discovered the transformative power of meditation. Since then, mindfulness has become more than just a practice; it's a way of life, a lens through which I approach every aspect of my being. From dedicated morning routines and mindful "fieldwork" in daily life to immersive retreats and periods of extended solitude (like my three-month stay in the jungles of the Philippines), I'm constantly exploring new ways to deepen my practice and integrate mindfulness into every aspect of my life. This deep-rooted passion fuels my work with individuals, groups, and organizations. I believe everyone can benefit from cultivating inner peace, and I'm dedicated to providing accessible and transformative experiences for all. Here are some examples of my meditation projects with clients:
One-on-One Coaching Programs: Guiding individuals on their meditation journeys, helping them develop sustainable practices, overcome challenges, and integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. Past/current clients include: C-suite executives, high-profile artists, entrepreneurs, parents, teachers, students, and athletes.
Group Coaching & Workshops: I've led engaging and impactful workshops for a wide range of groups, including mid-size art/tech companies, schools, and community organizations. These workshops focus on cultivating presence, managing stress, and fostering a more mindful environment, and I've had the opportunity to deliver them in various settings, including corporate offices, classrooms, and retreat centers, both in-person and remotely.
Corporate Workshops and Guided Meditation: I've collaborated with organizations to deliver workshops and talks that empower employees with mindfulness tools and techniques. These sessions focus on equipping individuals with practical strategies to integrate mindfulness into their personal and professional lives, promoting stress reduction, improved focus, and enhanced well-being.
School Programs: I've created customized programs that introduce meditation and mindfulness to students and teachers, resulting in enhanced focus, reduced stress, and a more positive learning environment.
Retreats: I've collaborated with retreat organizers to create immersive experiences that combine meditation with other wellness practices. These retreats provide a sanctuary for deep rest, rejuvenation, and connection to inner wisdom.

From 2020 to the present, I've had the privilege of collaborating with renowned artist Tyler Hobbs, a pioneer in the field of generative art. His innovative approach, which combines algorithms, code, and human creativity, has pushed the boundaries of artistic expression in the digital age. As Communications Director and Creative Consultant, I've played a key role in shaping his career, managing projects, and developing communication strategies for exhibitions, collaborations, and high-profile NFT drops, including the groundbreaking Fidenza project, which propelled him to international recognition.
Tyler's work has been featured in prestigious galleries and museums worldwide. His pieces have been publicly collected by prominent institutions (MoMA, SFMOMA) and have achieved multi-million dollar sales in the Web3 and fine art spaces (Sotheby’s, Christie’s, Phillips).
